Membership at our fitness facility in Newport Beach comes with complimentary nutrition consultations. During a consultation, we’ll assess your current health and nutrition.
We’ll ask about your food preferences, allergies and intolerances, diet history, lifestyle, and other nutrition-related information. This allows us to provide helpful information and recommended diet changes that will make a positive impact on your fitness goals.
